We want you to be fully satisfied with your Emerica gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that skateboards must be un-assembled and in their original shrink wrap to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original shoe box or apparel bag and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
